Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold by Metanoia Melanin, no returns will be accepted once the seal has been broken or removed from the product or the packaging of the product itself has been tampered with, and/or the product has been used.

Metanoia Melanin will exchange or refund any item that is received incorrectly or damaged. In the event that the customer receives an item that is damaged during transit, please contact Metanoia Melanin immediately upon receiving the item before removing any of the protective packaging.

If you are eligible for a refund, please allow 7-10 business days once the item has been returned and processed to be refunded. Each item will be thoroughly inspected once received. 

When shipping an item back to Metanoia Melanin for a refund or exchange, be sure to obtain a tracking number to ensure that the item can be monitored during transit.
