What makes Metanoia Melanin's products different from commercial products?

  • Metanoia Melanin understands that ingredients matter, and products should be formulated without the use of toxic chemicals. All of our products are free from synthetic ingredients, parabens, colorants and synthetic fragrances. 
  • Our skin is the largest organ in the body and is our first line of defense from pollutants and bacteria. it is very imperative that we are mindful of what is absorbed into our skin. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped— orders are typically delivered within 2-4 days after shipping. Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days. Metanoia Melanin's products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure the best quality for our valued customers. Additionally, Metanoia Melanin is currently a one woman-owned small business. 
  • During sales and promotions, additional time may be needed due to the high volume of purchases.

What if I want to return my order after receiving it?

  • Customers are allowed to return items IF, and only IF, the seals are not broken, tampered with, and the products are not damaged in any way.  
  • It is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping cost to return any and all items. Metanoia Melanin will not be responsible for shipping cost. 

Which company does Metanoia Melanin ship with?

  • Metanoia Melanin ships all packages via USPS at this time - COVID-19 may cause delays in delivery. We ask that you please remain patient as we navigate the best we can during these uncertain times. 

Does Metanoia Melanin ship internationally?

  • Not at this time but in the near future.

What should I do if I make a purchase and need to make a change to my order, address information, and/or payment information?

  • Contact Metanoia Melanin immediately with any concerns or questions regarding your order at metanoiamelanin@gmail.com - emails will be checked daily. 
  • In the event that the package ships to an incorrect address that the customer entered, the customer will not be refunded for any items. Metanoia Melanin will not be responsible for shipping a new package until the original package is returned. If/when the package is returned to Metanoia Melanin it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the new shipping cost to resend the package to the correct address. 

Does Metanoia Melanin offer virtual consultations regarding skincare concerns?

  • Yes, Metanoia Melanin offers skin consultations virtually to assist with any concerns our valued customers may have. Custom skincare regimens will be offered in the near future.
